At the Sydney wool sales to-day 17,787 bales were offered, and 15,710 were sold. Also 1741 bait's were sold privately. Competition was keen, and values were y unchanged. Greasy Merino sold to 28% d. , t The week's average price was £ 111 1/5 p per bale, or 15.8 d per lb.
