GOES AFTER RUNS

FINE TRIBUTE TO NOURSE,

(Received 1 p.m.) JOHANNESBURG, December 27. Victor Richardson, the Australian captain, paying a tribute to Nourse's great innings, said: "We heartily congratulate Nourse on his record innings. He is one of the best stroke-makers in the world to-day. It is particularly pleasing that a player of his type, who goes after runs, has made cricket history."
