EASILY MADE ICE CREAM.
For those boys and girls who have freezers in their homes, here is an easy recipe for making delicious ice cream:— Dissolve lib of sugar and ioz gelatine in t\vo quarts of 6calded milk, stirring well. Dissolve two tablespoonfuls of cornflour in a little cold milk and add to the former. Brin" mixture to the boil. Boi\ for l| minutes and take from stove. Flavour as desired, strain.and freeze.
