MAY NOT PLAY IN DAVIS CUP. SYDNEY, December 27. The "Sun" reports an interview with J. B. Crawford, who declares that he is very tired of tennis and has lost his keenness, and that unless he displays improved form in the forthcoming Australian championships he will not participate in the next Davis Cup series. He suggests that Bromwich be given his chance, along with McGrath and Quist.
