SCHOOLBOYS' OFFENCE.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, Tuesday. At the Children's Court this morning five schoolboys, whose ages ranged from 11 to 13, were charged with breaking and entering a dwelling-house by day with intent to commit a crime. The police evidence was to the effect that entry was made through a window during the absence of the occupants at the seaside, but that apparently nothing was taken. One of the lads stated he went' there to read books. The boys were admonished and discharged.
