THAMES WARDEN'S COURT. At the Warden's Court on Tuesday, before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M.; tlio Ing applications were granted—Sylvia Mines Development, Limited, quartz claim, 96 acres, Tararu ; C. G. Tansey, protection over mineral license; Victoria Gold Mining Coinpnny, five acres in Thames Borough; M. H. Elliott, 30 acres, Upper Tararu; A. P. Dowell, protection over New Shotover; W. J. Burke, prospecting license, 42 acres, Tapu Creek ; M. P. Lysnar, prospecting license, 7GS acres, Thames Borough; Campbell and Hodges, prospecting license. 10 acres, Upper Tararu. The following were recommended for the Minister's consent: —Robert Lowrie, prospecting license, 12 acres, Gentle Annie Creek; \V. White, 10 acres, Tararu Stream; A. H. Allay, 10 acres, Tapu Creek; A. P. Dovell, 16 acres, Tararu Stream; S. D. Trotter, residence site, Wiiomo; Mearns and Learmoutli, prospecting license, 19 acres, Puru Creek. On the Coromandel register the following were granted ;—M. McKenzie, reduction of rent oh Eclipse and Eclipse Extended ; McNeil Brothers, third generation, S.Q.C., 10 acres, Block 1, Coromandel. The following prospecting licenses were granted:—W J. Pearce, 40 acres, Harataunga; H. Mangakahia, 100 acres, Harataunga East.
