AUCKLAND CENTRAL.

CURRENCY REFORMER ANNOUNCED. Mr. G. V. Mullenger, a currency reformer, who states that he is the originator of "the national stabilised currency plan," was nominated yesterday for Auckland Central as an Independent National Government candidate. There are now five candidates, tlio others being: Mr. W. E. Parry (Labour), Mr. C. R. Dodd (Democrat), Mr. J. R. Lundon (Liberal-Labour), and Mr. T. Stanley (Communist). The sitting member is Mr. Parry.
