PLAYERS CHANGE OVER,
MacDONALD AND HARRISON.
Two players who have figured prominently in Rugby football this season sailed on Saturday afternoon by the S.S. Remuera for London, under engagement to play Rugby League football. They are J. Mac Donald, of Blenheim, who was vicecaptain of the recent Maori team to Australia, and George Harrison, of Taranaki, the outstanding forward of the same team, who was also a candidate for the All Black side now in Britain. They have been engaged by the same London syndicate as engaged G. Smith, of Hawke's Bay, and E. C. Holder, of Buller.
An offer of £3UU was turned down by George Nepia. the famous full-back of the 1924 All Blacks.
