(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHAXGAIIEI, this day. Only one nomination, that of John Matthew Cartwright, having beon received for the vacancy on the Onerahi Town Board, caused by the death of the chairman, Mr. A. D. Weir, Mr. Cartwright hag been declared elected.
