WESTERj.I SUBURBS ASSOCIATION. The second annual meeting of the Western Suburbs Cricket Association was held iu the Foresters' Hall, New Lynn, last week. The president, Mr. W. A. Bishop, presided. The report showed the Glen Eden team had won the championship for the second year with a substantial margin of points. The Western Suburbs representative teams had taken part in eight fixtures. The balance-sheet showed a credit on the year's working. The following officers were elected Patron, Mr. G. C. W. Morriss vice-patron, Mr. H. G. R. Mason, M.P.; president, Mr. W. A. Bishop; vice-presidents, Dr. Warnock, Messrs. R. McCrae, Rosskilly, Geo. Lawson, A. Titchener, Norcross, J. Grierson and Colonel Marryctte; secretary-treasurer, Mr. L. V. Crutcher; management committee, Messrs. Spcarpoint, Gibson, N. Rogers, president and secretary; auditor, Mr. N. It. Cathie; selection committee, Messrs. It. L. Murdlc, N. Rogers, F. Yates und A. E. Punch. It was decided to close nominations for the senior competition on October 10 at 8 p.m., and to start the season on Octobcr 20.
HAURAKI ASSOCIATION.
THAMES, Sunday. The following officers were elected at the twelfth annual meeting of the Hauraki Plains Cricket Association Patron, Mr. .T. Motion; president, Sir. J. Donaghy; vicepresidents, Messrs.
