WOMAN'S DELUSION.
CAUSE OF SUICIDE. (From Our Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. An inquest concerning tile death of Miss Jessie Willctts, aged 20, whose body was found in some seriib on a hill overlooking the Waiotahi Creek on Saturday afternoon, was held yesterday before Mr. W. Bongard. After hearing evidence the coroncr returned a verdict of suicide while in a state of unbalanced mind. John Henry Willetts, brother of deceased, said ho last saw his sister alive on Friday evening when she appeared to be in a good state of health. Some months ago, he said, she had read a medical book, after which she complained of suffering from T.B. A doctor had examined his/sister and had stated that sho was not suffering from that disease. Constable Kennedy said that a bloodstained razor had been found beside the body.
