DRUNK AND DISORDERLY.
A war pensioner, William Barnard, aged 41, appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court this morning charged with being disorderly while drunk in Synionds Street yesterday. "I don't remember anything about it,"' said accused, when asked how he pleaded. Constable J. Allen said that shortly before six o'clock last evening he saw accused stagger across a safety zone. He was shouting and throwing his. arms around. He abused a motonnan on a tram. Accused was fined 10/, with the alternative of 48 hours in gaol.
