PORT DARWIN DELAYED. PORT WHANGAREI FROM TONGA. The departure of the Port Darwin for final loading at Wanganui was delayed several hours last evening. At 5 o'clock, the time she was to sail, three of the firemen were missing and to prevent the ship sailing without them, the remaining stokers came ashore. About 8.30 p.m. two of the missing men arrived and the ship, which had been taken to an anchorage, left for Wanganui. The Port' Whangarei arrived this morning from Tonga. The Gabriella arrived this afternoon from the South. The Golden Cloud sails to-morrow for the South. H.M.S. Dunedin leaves tomorrow afternoon on an extended cruise to the South Pacific. Three cargo vessels are due from overseas on Thursday morning, Birchbank from Java, Aldington Court from New York, and the Welcombe from Nauru Island. , Gabriella arrived at 2.30 p.ni. to-day from Lyttelton. After discharge she proceeds to Whangaroa and Sydney, late this evening. (U.S.S. Co.) Karetu is expected this afternoon from Westport, berthing at the Prince's wharf. She goi-s to Newcastle and Sydney on discharge. (U.S.S. Co.) Port Whangarei arrived at 0 o'clock this morning from Nukualofa with fruit. On discharge she loads for Southern porta, sailing on Friday. (U.S.S. Oii.S.S. Co.) Mariposa left Honolulu yesterday for Auckland, via Pago Pago and Suva. She is due here ut 7 a.m. on Friday, June 14, sailing at 5 p.m. for Sydney and Melbourne. (11. and M.) Golden' Cloud, which is discharging cargo from Pacific Coatst ports at the King's wharf, leaves for Wellington and Melbourne at noon to-morrow. (H. and Mi) Wanganella is due at Wellington at 7 a.m. to-morrow from Sydney. She sails at noon on Thursday for Sydney and Melbourne. (H.P. Co.) Aldington Court will arrive from New York early on Thursday morning with general cargo for Auckland and Southern ports. (F.A.C.) Birchbank radios that she will arrive from Java with raw sugar at 7 a.m. on Thursday, going to Chelsea to discharge. (Speddirig, Ltd.) Cambridge, after discharge of her cargo from West of England ports, leaves for Wellington at noon to-mor-row. (N.Z.S. Co.) H.M.S. Diomede goes into Calliope Dock at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
