COMPOSERS AND LYRISTS.

The Composers and Lyrists' Club held an enjoyable concert, which was attended by a large number of members and friends, in the Penwomen's Club rooms on Saturday evening. The programme operfed with the club's motto in song, and was followed by vocal solos rendered by Miss L. A. Hobba, Miss Mounce, Miss C. Brook, Mrs. Roger Gresham, Mrs. Harold King, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dawson, Mrs. Macefield, tlfe Macey Sisters, and Miss Doris Deery. Piano solos, by Miss Welsh; band quintet, Miss C. Brook, Mr. Wilbrahain: and dramatic recitals were given by Miss Edna Macey and Mr. Peter Dawson. Miss Thco Halpin acted as accompanist.
