MORTGAGE ADJUSTMENT.
COMMISSIONS TO CONTINUE

The Court of Review under the provisions of the Rural Mortgagors' Final Adjustment Act having been constituted and some applications having been submitted to it for consideration, the Minister of Justice, Mr. J. Cobbe, was asked if it is necessary to reappoint the Mortgage Commissions which ha yd becm working under the old legislation. He replied that they will continue to act, and no changes will be necessary in this respect, as the recent legislation provided for. the continuance of this important part of the machinery for readjustment of farmery' debts.
