DISPUTE OVER WILL.
UNSOUND MIND ALLEGED

CHRISTCHURCH, Friday
Alleging that the testator was of unsound mind, memory and understanding at the time tlmt he made his will, (Jcorgc Cridge, of Darfield, butcher, asked in the Supreme Court to-day that the will of the lute George Edward Smith, of Christchurch, boot importer, be set aside. 'J'hc defendant was Alice Maude Turner, spinster, of Christchurch, sole executrix and sole beneficiary under the will. Defendant did not contest the application. Evidence was given of the testator's mental condition, and Mr. Justice Northcroft granted the application.
