Yugoslav Seaman Arrested in
Shanghai,
MARSEILLES ASSASSINATION.
SHANGHAI. May 23. Michael Abfamovicb, aged 53. a Yugoslav seaman on board the steamer Calcutta, bound for Japan for breaking up, was . formally charged in the Chinese District Court in Shanghai to-day with complicity in the murder last October of the late King Alexander of Yugoslavia at Marseilles.
Abramovich originally was arrested and imprisoned on a charge of assault, whereupon other members of.the crew gave information to the French Consular authorities, who applied- for the man to be handed over for extradition. Accused was remanded.
