REMITS FOR GOVERNMENT. ASSOCIATION'S DISCUSSION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The question of the Government's proposals in connection with the bulk supply of electricity to municipalities was exhaustively discussed at the annual conference "this morning of the New Zealand Municipal Electric Supply Association.

Deliberations of the conference, presided over by the Mayor of Wellington, Mr. T. C. llislop, were taken in com- - mittee. Subsequently it was announced that resolutions had been passed on the subject of bulk supply for submission to the Government. The text of these resolutions would not be released for publication until they had been submitted to the Government, but it was indicated that they would set out accurately the point of view of municipal supply authorities in respect of their relation both with the Government and the power boards.
