TAURANGA MEETING.

(By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") TAURANGA, this day. A number of horses for the Bay of Plenty meeting arrived this morning, and several were given useful work. The track is in excellent order, despite the heavy rain which has fallen during the past week. Among those that have arrived and were worked this morning were Coronis, Trishna, Gay Broney, Barn Daiwe, Imperial Prince, Welcome Boy, Solomon, Astartli, Tai Ao, llona Bay, Kanapa, Kurapae, Aramis, Lueidus, Spear King, Cromwell and Exaggeration.
