BAGPIPE MUSIC RECORD. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 26. The Prince of Wales' bagpipe composition, "Mallorca," lias been recorded on a gramophone record which will be released in March. On the other side is the Prince's favourite bagpipe air, "Down in the Forest." Both are played by PipeAla jor Farsyfcli.
