NEW PEPYS DIARIES.

DISCOVERY IN ENGLAND. ' 9 (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, February 10.: The "Sunday Times" says that two new Pepys diaries have been discovered in the Pepys Library at Magdelene College, Cambridge. Both are written in longhand. One deals with Charles XL's investigation of the Navy office when Samuel Pepys was entrusted with its defence, and reveals his daily conferences with the King. The other concerns the days of the Titus Oates plot.
