ITALIAN TROOPS. TENSE SITUATION. New Threat of War Against Abyssinia. CONSCRIPTS SUMMONED. (United r.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 2 p.m.) ROME, February 10. A communique announces that five Italian and .six Somali troopers were killed and wounded in a frontier clash at Adfub, in South-West Ualual 011 January 19. The Abyssinian losses are believed to be greater.. Three mechanised classes of conscripts have been called up owing to the threat of war against Abyssinia in consequence of the new outbreak of righting. Italy has instructed the Ambassador at Adclis Ababa to warn Abyssinia that tho new provocation will create a tense situation.
