The Bank of New South Wales has arranged to supply daily quotations of the basis upon which it is prepared to do business in the purchase and sale of the foreign exchanges shown below. The foreign currency is expressed in terms of New Zealand funds, and two rates are quoted generally, one for transactions on a telegraphic basis, and the other for on demand or mail settlement. These rates are subject to alteration without notice. The abbreviations T.T. indicate "telegraphic transfers," and O.D. "on demand." Following are the latest quotations:—
