REVIEW AFTER TRIAL. When the public have properly settled down to the new telegraphic charges and a fair trial has been given, the position is to bo reviewed for public information. It will be some time yet before the true elfect of the new rating system can he gauged. This information was contained in a letter received by the Auckland Chamber of Commerce this morning from the Postmaster-General, the Hon. A. Hamilton. Satisfaction with the advice from the Minister was expressed by members.
