WORLD RED CROSS.
CONVENTION IN JAPAN. (Received 9.30 a.m.) TOKYO, Octobcr 17. Twenty-one British Empire delegates, including representatives of Australia, New Zealand and .Canada, will attend the Red Cross Convention to he opened in Tokyo on Saturday. The chief British delegate is General Sir Harold Fawcus. Ho says the Junior Red Cross is the greatest children's humanitarian movement in history.
