CAMBRIDGE BOOK SHELVES. (Ecceired 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, October 17. The new University Library for Cambridge, containing more than 1,500,000 volumes, arranged on shelves 40 miles long, is to bo opened by the King on Monday. One of the greatest treasures is a 42leaf Bible printed at Mainz' in 1456, which is insured for £50,000. The library was designed by Sir Gilbert Scott and has been built at a cost of
