Cabinet tliis evening will probably decide what parts of the proposal in legislative form will be submitted to the House for passing this session. Mr. Forbes said to-day that it had not yet been decided what immediate steps would have to be taken, or whether the legislation as finally approved nould be passed wlien the House resumed in the New Year. Members of the Dairy Commission had their final interview with Mr. Forbes this afternoon, _
