CHURCHILL'S REVIEW.
LONDON, September 27. Reviewing in the "Daily Mail" Mr. Lloyd George's memoirs, recently published in the "Sun" Mr. Winston Churchill says: "Mr. Lloyd George possessed more fully than other men the qualities a British Premier needed, namely, profound political and personal cunning, astonishing vital energy, cold, tough, obdurate endurance and an audacity unhampered by unceasing calculations. Hβ was an incomparable leader, always distrusted, but trusted most when things were at their worst." "The Times" review says it is a pity that bitterness lias affected Mr. Lloyd George's pen. ,
