(Received 1.30 p.m.) * PARIS, June 26. t The new submarine, Conquerant, was launched at St. Nazaire. It is of 1500 tons displacement, is 300 feet long, has a speed of 20 knots on the surface and 10 submerged. It has an active range of 10,000 miles and carries 11 torpedo 3 tubes, one gun and two machine-guns.
