EX-QUEEN OF SPAIN.
Government Returns Personal Property. FRIENDLY GESTURE. (Rcceivcd 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 19. The Spanish Government has consented to the return to ex-Queen Ena of all her personal property, also that of her two daughters, which was left in the Royal Palace at Madrid on the flight from Spain in April, 1931. Already 107 trunks have been sent to France. This is the culmination of the British Ambassador's unofficial negotiations with the Spanish Government, acting as a friendly intermediary and not in his capacity as Ambassador.
