HOSPITAL AFFAIRS.
DECISIONS AT WAIHI. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. By seven votes to two, the Waihi Hospital Board last evening negatived a proposal by Colonel Jowsey for the resolution reducing the age of the members of the nursing staff from 20 to IS. The board voted £10 10/ to the campaign fund for a free ambulance. Advice was received that the estimates for the current year had been approved of by the Minister of Health. Staff Nurse Bearsley was granted an increase in salary from £75 to £S5. Mr. A. E. Robinson was re-elected chairman of the board.
