NEW JUDGE.
TO PRESIDE AT HAMILTON. STATIONED AT AUCKLAND. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Mr. Justice Fair will leave Wellington on Sunday to preside at the qiiarterly sessions of the Supreme Court at Hamilton. After the Hamilton sittings, and with the exception of visits to Wellington for sittings of the Court of Appeal, his Honor will he stationed at Auckland. Mr. Justice Smith, who since his appointment to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal Benches, has been stationed at Auckland, will come to Wellington. At present he is engaged as chairman of the Royal Commission investigating the affairs of the Native Department, and it is not anticipated that he will be available for some time to resume his place on the Bench. Mr. Justice Ostler, who for some time has been relieving on the Supreme Court Bench in Auckland, is a member of the second division of the Court of Appeal, which will commence sittings on June 18. ~-, ,
