DUDER BEQUESTS.

ESTATE OF £35,000. r £5100 FOR WELFARE WORK. CHURCH OF ENGLAND GIFTS. T T nder the "will of tlic late Thomas John Duder, farmer, of Maraetai, Cleveilon, who died at Devonport on Mareli 12, provision is made for the distribution of £5100 to public institutions. The estate has been sworn at under £35,000 and probate has been granted in the Supreme Court. The trustees are Messrs. Richard Humphrey Dialer and William Thomas Dialer, and the solicitor to the estate Mr. Allan Moody. After making provision for tlie payment of certain sums to relatives and friends, and three annuitants, the testator bequeaths £500 to the vestry of the Holy Trinity Church, Devonport, for purposes of the church; £1275 to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland; £1275 to the Rev. Jasper Caldcr or the city missioner for the time being; £1275 to the James Cottrell fund administered by the Diocesan Pension Final for clergy. To each of tlic following Church of England homes is bequeathed £425: Children's Home, Richmond Road; Orphans' Home, Otahulni; St. Mary's Home, Otahuhu.

The bequests mentioned above are payable on the death, of the three annuitants, but provision is made that as each annuitant dies the. amount of tho charitable bequests may be paid pro rata. j;
