BALKAN SUSCEPTIBILITIES.
When Mr. Bernard Shaw's play "Arms and the Man" is revived in Vienna at Hcrr Max Keinhardt's theatre it will be seen that two classical States called Jllyria and Dacia have taken the place of Bulgaria and Serbia throughout the dialogue (says a correspondent of "The Times"). This change has been made to prevent tlie noisy demonstrations of protest by foreign students, chiefly against the insinuation that Bulgarians do not take baths, which have marred several of the earlier revivals in Central Europe.
