MALFROY BEATS DONOHOE.
Exhibition tennis matches wore played at l'ukekohe yesterday by B. I). Andrews (England), E. L. Bartloet (Auckland), O. K. Malt'roy (Wellington), and C. J. Donohoe (Australia). Andrews proved to be too good for Bartloet and won, 6 —3, o—2.0 —2. Malfroy won a closely contested match from Dunohoe, S —o, o—4,0 —4, thereby confirming his victory in tnc .New ' Zealand semi-linal. In the doubles, Andrews and Donohoe beat Malfroy and Bartleet, I—6. -I —o, o—a.0 —a. 6—4, 6— l, after a great match. . PAPAKURA V. MANGERE EAST. The Papakura Tennis Club meets Mangere East on Saturday. The A team to play at Mangere is: McDonald, Sutton, Watson, Brebner, Garliek, Franeis, Misses Wilkins, McSweeney, Wilson and Mrs. Lanigan.
