OTAHUHTJ ASSOCIATION. The management committee of the Otaliuhu Cricket Association approved of. a number fit registrations and one transfer from Challenge to Returned Soldiers. This team is losing -the services of Max Bay, who has been transferred to the Whangarei district. . and his place will be hard to fill at the present time. Bay has been a tower of strength to the "Diggers'" team since joining up, and had knocked up some very creditable scores. Two teams were to have visited Otahuhu on Anniversary Day. and elevens had been selected from the local players to meet them. Unfortunately difficulty was experienced by the organisers in getting sufficient players to make the journey out, and the arrangements fell through. This was disappointing, as the games would have been a test of the standard of cricket in the district. The arrangements for Saturday's games are : — Seniors. —Sturgess Park No. 1, Returned Soldiers' v. Abattoirs, Messrs. Glyn and Jerratt; Abattoirs No. 1, Passenger Transport v. Challenge, Messrs.
