TO-DAY'S WEATHER FORECAST (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Except for a slight fall of pressure there has been very little change in the weather situation. An intense anticyclone covers New Zealand and the area to the east of it. and depressions from the west are unable to make , much impression on this. Conditions are disturbed over northern Australia. The forecast is for strong east to north-east winds, reaching gale force at times in exposed positions. The weather will be cloudy to overcast, with mist or fog in places and scatttred showers. Seas will be rough on the east coast and moderate on the west.
