(Sent In by Dorothy Pander, A-480, Maugere Road, Otaliuliu; age 10.)

Any number of players may join in, and iirst of all they divide into two •sides. A race-track is marked round the playground or stand, and the sides divide into relays, the players standing at intervals round the track. Now the race starts. The first group of players have to place a ball 011 the backs of their hands and race to the next group. When each player meets his partner he must tip the ball on the back of his partner's hand, and he or she in turn races to the next group, and so 011 until everyone has a turn.
