THE WAREHOUSE CAT.

With the extra long holiday at Christmas and New .Year I cannot help wondering how many of the cats in warehouses, shops and even private homes will have adequate provision made for a supply of food and water. In the rush and excitement I hope the cats will not be forgotten. I have seen mere kittens left left to fend for themselves, with very sad results. Probably watchmen and caretakers on duty would undertake to supply food and water if" the necessary money is provided. I am sending now to the S.P.C.A. my contribution. I will willingly look after any cats that can ''be brought to me. D.P.
