SECOND VISIT.

OVERSEAS ANGLER. Another angler from overseas who has returned for the fishing is Captain A. H. Wheeler, a retired Army officer. Hβ fished in New Zealand last year for the first time. "I enjoyed the trout fishing at Taupo last year so much that I had to return," said Captain Wheeler. "During the past season at Home I have been fishing at my estate in County Galway, Ireland. The sport there was quite good, although in England and Scotland the drought had dried up the streams and sport was very poor." Captain Wheeler is an enthusiastic advocate of New Zealand fishing, and it is probable that some of his friends will come out to New Zealand in the near future to prove for themselves the truth of the captain's "fish stories." Hβ is accompanied by his wife, and they will go to Taupo for some months before returning to their home.
