IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.—NORTHERN DISTRICT. IN THE MATTER of The Trustee Act, 1908, Section 74, and IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CATHERINE SMITH, late of Auckland, Widow, deceased. Pursuant to an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 20th day of November, 1033, notice is hereby given that all creditors and ptlier persons having claims against the Estate of the abovenamed CATHERINE SMITH (deceased) who died on or about the 12th day of August, 1933, and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 4th .day of September, 1933, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to her Executors THE NEW ZEALAND INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED at its Office in Queen Street in the City of Auckland on or before the 20th day of December, 1933.
