ATE RUM LOLLIES.
YOUTH'S SUDDEN DEATH. "SHICKERED AT WORK." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.'; DUNEDIN, this day. A youth, William MeGill Milburn, aged 17, died suddenly at his parents' home, Burnside, on Tuesday evening." At the inquest, the father gave evidence that the youth, in referring to an event in the afternoon, said, "I was ' shickered ' at work to-day, dad." The hoy had added that he ate some rum lollies, which had made him "shickered." He, was working at a desk where he was employed, when his head rocked from side to side. A brother said in evidence that the youth, while running the previous night as a harrier, showed no distress. After the race he made no complaints of pain. The inquest was adjourned.
