TO STABILISE WAGES.
LOCAL BODIES IN DtTNEDIN. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, this day. At a conference of various local bodies which was held to discuss wages conditions of local bodies' labourers, it was decided to endeavour to stabilise wages at present rates, and to recommend that the 10 per cent cut'be restored as soon as possible.
