SPEEDWELL OIL CO.'S CASE. EVIDENCE IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Wellington shareholders in Speedwell Oil Co. (N.Z.), Ltd., gave evidence here to-day in the Supreme Court on the subject of inducement and damage in continuation of the case in which 49 shareholders are suing Harry Clinton McElwain for various amounts. Mr. "Justice Smith adjourned the case back to Auckland.
