MAINLY CLOUDY.
SCATTERED UNEVEN BAINS,
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, this day,
Yesterday a shallow secondary low pressure centre developed west of New Zealand, delaying the southerly change over the North Island. This morning barometers were still rather low along the west coast, though very high over Eastern Australia.
The forecast is for moderate to fresh northerly winds, backing later to southerlies; weather mainly cloudy and with scattered irregular rains; temperatures mild; seas moderate to rather rough.
