The Government has struck a further blow at the Nazis by issuing a decree that, any Austrian assisting; Austria's enemies abroad or leaving the country for this purpose is liable to a loss of civic rights and confiscation of property, which would be transferred to the Treasurv.
Another decree foreshadows eonfisca tion of the property of forbidden political parties.
