The success of Prosperity Week 'will- be of little avail unless the flavor's loan is carried on the 30th inst. All Vho participated in the recent carnival week deserve our sincere thanks. The best way for us to show our appreciation is for all "voters to suppf't the Mayor's proposals. Every vote is needed and none should refrain from recording their v ote. • ■ H. BIRCH CLARK.
