CHILD MARRIAGE.
SPECIAL FRENCH DECREE. PARIS, August 11. By special Presidential decree, Henri Pintiano, aged 17, is to marry immediately Adrienne Delamarre, aged 12. This is the first case of an authorised child marriage in France for many years.
