VEGETABLES SELLING BETTER. ' BANANAS CHEAPER TO-DAY. Very few hothouse grapes arc now being sent in, and tomatoes grown under glass ; are also in shorter supply. Lemons meet with ready sale, but for apples and pears the market continues dull. Oranges arc a little cheaper this week. A further shipment of this fruit is due on Wednesday.
