THIEF AT DEVONPORT.
A thief was busy in Devonport last night. The lock-up shop of Mr. J. F. Myles, at the corner of Lake Road and Albert Road was entered by forcing a window at the rear of the premises. The intruder stole three pounds of butter and 5/!) in pennies. An unsuccessful attempt was also made to enter a neighbouring shop. f
